General Conditions

Pulse & Glow reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. By using this website, you agree not to misuse our products, services, or content in any unlawful or unauthorised way.

Products & Services

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product without notice.

Many of our products are custom-made or personalised. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (including spelling, sizing, colours, and design selections) is correct at the time of purchase.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed once production has begun
• Refunds or replacements are only offered if an error has occurred on our part

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as approval is taken as confirmation to proceed.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

Payment must be received in full before production begins. We use secure third-party payment providers to process all transactions.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules, peak periods, or courier delays.

Pulse & Glow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers once an order has been dispatched.

Breakages & Damage

We take care to package items securely for transit. If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately and provide clear photos of the damage so we can assist.

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to handling, misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to follow care instructions provided with your product.

Care & Use

Some products are fragile and require careful handling. Care instructions may be included with your item, and it is the customer’s responsibility to follow these guidelines to prevent damage.

Products are intended for their designed purpose only and should not be modified, altered, or used in a way not intended.

Neon Signs – Electrical Use & Safety

Our LED neon signs are designed for indoor use unless otherwise specified. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the sign is installed and used in a safe and suitable environment.

Signs must only be used with the supplied power adapter. Do not modify electrical components, wiring, or power supplies, as this may cause damage or create a safety risk.

Pulse & Glow is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper use, incorrect power supply, unauthorised modifications, or installation outside recommended guidelines.

Children & Electrical Safety

Our products are not toys and should not be operated or handled by children without adult supervision. Neon signs and other electrical items must be installed, used, and powered only as intended.

Power supplies, cords, plugs, and electrical components should be kept out of reach of young children at all times. Pulse & Glow is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from unsupervised use, misuse, or handling of electrical products by children.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all products are used in a safe environment and in accordance with provided instructions.

Installation

Installation is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. We recommend that signs are installed securely and according to the instructions provided.

Pulse & Glow is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, wall mounting, hanging methods, or environmental factors after installation.

Warranty

Our products are carefully made and checked prior to dispatch. They carry a 12 month warranty. Any issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Improper handling or installation
• Modifications made by the customer or third parties

Any warranty claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and information are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our products.

Limitation of Liability

Pulse & Glow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. 

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. 

In no case shall Pulse & Glow, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pulse & Glow and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. By using this site, you agree that any disputes will be handled in accordance with Australian Law.
