Our postage costs are outlined below:

• Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

We take special care to ensure your product is carefully packed to avoid any damage. However, we do rely on couriers to take care too. 

In the unfortunate event of your product arriving broken, please email us a photo of the damage within 24 hours and we will get back to you as soon as we can. 

Local Pick-Up

Local pick-up is available from a residential address. To respect privacy and security, the collection address will be provided once your order is ready.

Pick-ups are by appointment only, please schedule a time with us via email or phone. Walk-ins cannot be accepted to ensure safety and privacy for both customers and our household.
