INFORMATION ABOUT OUR PROCESS + TURNAROUND TIMES

1. Lead time  

Our current turnaround is currently up to 2 weeks before dispatch.

Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Any rushed orders may incur a short notice fee.

Custom order turnaround times for non-website orders can vary, and we’ll discuss these with you when you place your order. All of our products, personalised or standard, are made to order with the utmost care and attention. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. If you need something urgently, get in touch and we’ll do our very best to accommodate your request.

2. Delicate Items

We use high-quality materials for all our products, but many items are fragile or include small pieces. Please handle with care, and keep them out of reach of children. Do not hang items above cots, and take extra care when inserting or removing signs from bases.

3. Payment.

We ask that all orders are paid for before we begin the design and production process please.

4. Pickups.

Pick-ups are by appointment only, please schedule a time with us via email or phone. Walk-ins cannot be accepted to ensure safety and privacy for both customers and our household.

5. Colours.

In acrylic we stock clear, white, grey, matte black, gloss black, baby pink, dark blue, Sky Blue, red, yellow, green, orange. We will be updating our range over time. If you are looking for a particular product colour please get in touch, as our supplier has a range of colours that we can source. 

In LED Neon we stock rose red, red, ice blue, yellow, green, pink, purple, blue, orange, lemon, baby pink, mars green, emerald green, warm white and cold white. We do stock RGB and Pixel LED but these are not used for all signs. 

We stock both light and dark timbers. Please enquire before ordering to check current availability, as timber selections may change from time to time and our website photos may not always reflect the latest stock.

7. Refund policy.

All of our products are made to order, so we don’t offer refunds. That said, if we’ve made a mistake (because yes, humans slip up!) or there’s a problem with your item, get in touch within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll do everything we can to fix it, including replacing the item if needed.

8. Variations.

Our neon signs, acrylic pieces, and timber products are handcrafted and made-to-order. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, grain, and finish may occur from one item to another. These natural differences make each piece unique and special. Variations may occur between what a colour looks like on a screen vs in real life. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
